本案案值高達6.92億元，涉嫌騙取出口退稅1.16億元，是2013年全國大規(guī)模打擊走私專項斗爭和聯(lián)合行動中查獲的實際騙退稅金額最大的一起案件，也是江蘇近20年最大出口騙稅案。
2015年以來，被告單位南京百泰機電有限公司以該公司法定代表人、實際負責人被告人姚某民通過低報貨物交易價格的方式偷逃應繳稅款。恒都代理姚某民取得緩刑結果。
2012年5月至2014年4月間，被告人馬某德走私進口農產品偷逃應繳稅款共計人民幣1億余元。恒都代理馬某德取得減輕刑罰的判決。
2015年4月至2016年7月，黃某與某德公司偷逃稅款合計約1.2億元，法院采納了辯護人的大部分辯護意見，對被告處以法定刑以下減輕處罰。
